Reason Some Homes Don't Sell #6:  The home has bad curb appeal.

This reason is related to condition.  When a buyer arrives at a home their first impression is that of the front yard and the front of the home.  Remember, first impressions are lasting impressions!  There might be something wrong at the front of your home that you've gotten used to seeing and don't even notice.  Try a little role playing and pretend you are a buyer who has never seen your home before and take a fresh look at your curb appeal.  If you can't get objective enough, ask a friend to be completely honest with you and look at the curb appeal, but promise them you will not get mad at then!
