Reason Some Homes Don't Sell #12:  Wrong Area or Price Range

In today's market, things can change dramatically from month to month.  That's why I check the market statistics every month, to see how many month's supply there is in different towns and price ranges within the towns.  When the market is slower in your price range, you need to make absolutely sure that your price and condition are better than your competition!  No matter what the market, a home that is priced competitively instead of emotionally and is in top showing condition will sell.
